Change-of-mind purchases

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Please try the free app and check compatibility before purchasing Pro. Windows is currently an unsigned beta.

Duplicate charges & technical issues

We review duplicate charges, failed license delivery, activation problems, and technical issues individually. Contact pawlyappsupport@gmail.com with your payment or order ID and a description of the issue. We may ask for troubleshooting information before deciding the appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it is processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank and payment method. A refunded license is revoked.

Cancellations

Pawly Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges to cancel. You can close checkout before completing payment.

This policy does not exclude any remedy or rights that apply under applicable law.
